• ColdStore is critically dependant upon the memmap() facilities of Unix. It is known to function under Linux and Solaris.
• ColdStore uses RTTI facilities, and is over-intimately interested in the layout of C++ objects, with respect to the location, naming and structure of virtual method pointer tables. There is, sadly, no better way we can see to achieve the ends.
